In a time of rapid technological transformation, lifelong learning has become one of the most important factors for professional development and competitiveness in the labour market. For women entrepreneurs, acquiring new digital knowledge and skills is essential for successfully managing and growing their businesses.

The Association of Business Women actively works to enhance learning and development opportunities for women through the Women 5.0 project, which aims to contribute to reducing the digital gender gap and encouraging women to make greater use of new technologies in their professional activities.

Strengthening women’s digital skills

The project focuses on combating digital gender stereotypes and strengthening the digital skills of women entrepreneurs, enabling them to use technology more effectively in developing business ideas, digitalising operations and automating business processes.

Special emphasis is also placed on the role of trainers and advisers working with women entrepreneurs, helping them better motivate and support women in adopting advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and other digital solutions.

An online platform for learning and development

As part of the project, an online training platform has been developed, offering a variety of educational resources related to digitalisation and the use of modern technologies in business. The training covers topics such as Artificial Intelligence, digital tools for entrepreneurship and the ethical use of technology.

Through these activities, the project contributes to creating new learning and development opportunities for women, enabling them to enhance their competencies and become more active participants in the digital economy.
