Women 5.0 Awareness Campaign: Real Stories, Practical Skills and New Perspectives

Written by Gabriela Mucientes

When Women 5.0 set out to build its awareness campaign, the goal was straightforward: make the project visible, and make it matter to the people it was built for.

The campaign put real people at the centre. Women who are building businesses, navigating the digital landscape and figuring it out as they go. That was the starting point.

Breaking Digital Stereotypes

The campaign ran across three series. The first, Breaking Digital Stereotypes, featured five women from Portugal, Austria, North Macedonia, Ireland and Spain, sharing what it actually looks like to build something of your own and push back against the assumptions that come with it.

Expert Interview Series

The second was the Expert Interview Series, featuring five trainers, most of them entrepreneurs themselves, across three themes.

Role Models in Digitalisation looked at the people and experiences that shaped them. Technology as a Tool for Entrepreneurship got specific about the digital tools they use and why. Empowering Women Through Digital Skills covered the practical skills and accessible tools that make a real difference to how women-led businesses operate day to day.

Wellbeing and Leadership in European Entrepreneurship

The third series focused on Wellbeing and Leadership in European Entrepreneurship, a conversation with feminine leadership and burnout coach Lucia about what it really takes to build something sustainable, and what a different kind of leadership looks like in practice.

Five themes in total. Together, they bring different perspectives on entrepreneurship, digitalisation, leadership and wellbeing, while keeping the experiences and needs of women entrepreneurs at the centre of the conversation.

All of it is available to watch on the Women 5.0 website.
